About Dr. Karega Paisley
Dr. Karega Y. Paisley is the Medical Director of Occupational Health Services and an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California, Davis. He also serves in the Kansas Air National Guard as a Flight Surgeon, Chief of Aerospace Medicine and the Installation Occupational Environmental Medical Consultant. He obtained his medical degree (MD) at St. Georges University in Grenada and a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from Florida International University. He completed residency and training in Occupational Medicine at Health Partners – University of Minnesota and the Hennepin County Medical Center. Dr. Paisley has over 20 years experience in Public Health, Occupational, Environmental medicine, Preventative, Hyperbaric and Aerospace Medicine. He is highly skilled in developing prevention programs and disaster management protocols and conducted health hazard evaluations for national and international/global organizations. He also has experience working with and treating opportunistic diseases in indigent populations around the world. Dr. Paisley is a member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and is board certified by the American Board of Preventative Medicine in Occupational & Environmental Medicine.
